Orders
How do I know if my order was placed sucessfully?
If your order was placed successfully, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail containing your order numbner and receipt. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service. Don't forget to check your spam folder as well.
Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, we cannot gaurentee a change of delivery address after successfully placing an order. Contact our customer service ASAP and we will try our best to get this changed. Once orders are picked and packed we cannot change order details.
What size shall I order?
The Chet Rock team work hard ensuring every item fits how it should. We fit every item each season on a number of body shape. Please see our size guide here
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot gaurentee to change or cancel an order. Please contact our customer service ASAP and we will try our best. Once an item is picked and packed we cannot make any changes. All items can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
As soon as we receive the return, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.

UK Delivery
What is the cost of UK shipping?
Next-Day shipping is free on any orders over £65. For orders under £65 there is a default shippinf fee of £4.99
How long will delivery take?
Orders placed before 12pm Mon-Thurs will be dispatched on the same day with DPD Next Day shipping service. If you place the order after 12pm or on weekends your order will be shipped on the next working day. Please note any external factors such as shipping delays by the courier may affect delivery times.
What if I am not at home for delivery?
If no one is there to receive your order DPD will either deposit your your parcel their nearest parcel shop or you will be able to choose an option using the DPD app. The parcel will be at the shop for 7 days and then will be sent back to us as non-delivered. Extra returns costs could be applied to your refund.
How can i track my shipment?
As soon as the parcel is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email including your order tracking details. You can use these details to track your parcel on the DPD app or website.
International Delivery
How long will international delivery take?
We use DHL's Express service for all of our international orders, and typically these are delivered within 2-5 working days after you have placed your order.
Please be aware, you are responsible to pay any import duties on your parcel when it arrives at customs. Additionally, if any taxes are applied to your order, these must be paid to release your parcel to allow it to continue its journey to you. If for any reason the taxes and/or import duties are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we will evaluate this on a case by case basis and our Customer Service team will be in touch.
If we discover that delivery was refused, the taxes, import duties, and overall cost of returning the parcel back to us will be deducted from the price of the order, and the refund will be the remaining amount.
What if shipping isn't offered to my country of residence?
We are sorry if we do not currently ship to your country. We are working to ensure that this becomes possible in the future.
Who is responcible for duties and taxes?
If the country you reside in imposes any import duties and taxed you will be responsible to pay when it arrives at customs. The courier will send an invoice via email and must be paid to release your parcel to allow it to continue its journey to you. If for any reason the taxes and/or import duties are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we will evaluate this on a case by case basis and our Customer Service team will be in touch.
If we discover that delivery was refused, the taxes, import duties, and overall cost of returning the parcel back to us will be deducted from the price of the order, and the refund will be the remaining amount.
Products
How should products be washed?
Every item of clothing includes a label detailing the particular instructions for care. The recommended temperature on the label should not be exceeded, although It is fine to wash your items at a lower temperature than the one stated. Please note that wool and rigid denim items require special care.
Returns
How do i return a product?
Chet Rock offer 30 days to return your product from the delivery date.
Items must be returned to us as new with all tags on. We cannot accept any returns if your items have been worn or marked.
We do not provide a free return service so please make sure you send your returned goods safely. We recommend you post your items back using a tracked service as you are responsible for your package until it reaches our warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that get lost or damaged on the way back to us.
If you need a new size or colour, please place a new order as we do not offer exchanges.
All items are inspected upon return and, in order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused and in the same condition you received them. This includes being sent with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached.
Once your returned items have been checked by our warehouse team. Allow 10 working days (not including weekends and bank holidays) From the date that the parcel arrived back to us for the refund to be processed. Please note, this will exclude any postage and packaging cost. We cannot accept returns for any items that have been worn or marked. This includes, but is not limited to:
Deodorant or aftershave
Pet hair or dander
Cigarette smoke
Food spillages

When will i receive my refund?
We know it can be frustrating when you are waiting for a refund. Please be aware it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed after your return has been received by our warehouse team. We will be in contact within this time if we need any more information from you regarding your return.
Can I exchange a product for an alternative size or ietm?
Unfortunately, an exchange is not possible. You can return the unwanted item within 30 days of purchase and place a new order.
Faulty Products
We take the utmost care sourcing our manufacturers to create our items, however, we understand that on rare occasions this can happen.
If you find a garment to be faulty, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible, providing detailed images along with your order number. When your item has been returned, it will be inspected by our design team and, if deemed a manufacturing fault, we will not only refund your postage but either refund your original garment or send you a replacement with our super speedy Next Day Delivery.
Payment
How can I make payment?
We accept the following payment methods: credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX), PayPal, Klarna and debit card.
My payment wasn't accepted. Why is this?
There are a number of reasons why a payment may have not been accepted. Please conatct your bank to resolve the issue.
Alternatively, try making the payment using another payment method. If the problem persists please contact our customer service team.
