The discount is applied to the cheapest item(s).
If you return the half-price item, you will be refunded the amount paid for that half-price item.
If you return the full-priced item, the promotion becomes invalid, and the discounted amount from the cheapest half-price item will be taken from the full price refund.
Example:
If buying 2 items at £100 each, this becomes £150 at checkout. (£100 + £50)
If you return the half-price item (£50 at checkout), you will receive a £50 refund for that item.
If you return the full-priced item (£100), the promotion becomes invalid, and so you will have the half-price item kept discount (£50) deducted from your refund, so the refund amount will be £50.
Chet Rock offers 30 days to return your product from the delivery date.
Your returns form is included in your parcel. If you have not received or discarded this, please click here to download. Please provide as much information about why the order/item is being returned to us.
We do not provide a free return service so please make sure you send your returned goods safely. We do not offer free exchanges, and if you do require a different size or colour, please return your item/s for a full refund and place a new order. You can combine multiple orders in one return, but please ensure that corresponding order numbers are with the returned items.
Items must be returned to us as new with all tags on. We cannot accept any returns if your items have been worn or marked. This includes, but is not limited to:
Deodorant or aftershave
Pet hair or dander
Cigarette smoke
Food spillages
All customers are responsible for their returns. We recommend that you use 2nd class signed for or a signed for economy service. This will ensure that you have a tracking number for your security and the ability to track your return, as you are responsible for your package until it reaches our warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that get lost or damaged on the way back to us.
All items are inspected upon return and, in order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused and in the same condition you received them. This includes being sent with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached.
Once your returned items have been checked by our warehouse team, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible via the original purchase method. However, please allow up to 10 working days (not including weekends and bank holidays) From the date that the parcel arrived back to us for the refund to be processed. Please note, this will exclude any postage and packaging costs.
